What is Under the Table :  it is a game about political corruption. You and your opponent play political leaders at a gala, and your goal is to collect as much from the attending elites as possible. While you do your shady dealings, journalists will chase after you and attempt to catch you red-handed. Avoid their cameras and shake hands with elites until you have enough money to buy your own election!
